i dont think that would be good becuase saddam appears MUCH MUCH better
spoken then
dubya. If i didnt know how big a scumbag saddam was i would have been turned
and believed him. It was comical how he tried to show respect when he said
NO NO call him MR bush after he tried to have him killed. But of course that
interview now will just be used by all the rest of the europeans who dont
want to fight and say SEEE he doesn't want to do anything.

But you realize what saddam does with not realizing or accepting things is
similar to hitler with his mentality of not accepting things. Of course
hitler was bipolar and on some drugs that even made him crazier so saddam
has no excuse :)

It's interesting. I was speaking with a middle eastern specialist this
morning about his mental state. I was wondering if he actually believes
everything he says, or if it's just propaganda. I mean I thought wow, maybe
the guy is just off his rocker. She said he isn't crazy, and she is sure he
has been informed of the truth about some of these situations, he just
refuses to acknowledge anything outside of what he thinks is actually going
on.

I only wish I could have written some of the questions. He says that his
country has never been guilty of leaving it's borders to attack anyone, and
that Iraq has never attacked the US. I mean what about the attempt to
assassinate Pres. Bush sr.? Or the special operations teams from Iraq that
were caught operating in east Asia during the gulf war. He makes a lot of
comments that don't ring true.

I do have to admit that I would love to see a live televised debate between
GWB and Saddam. That would be sweet.

Hahah yea he said no unit lost more then 10% of its combat equipment.

And i really believe he believes that because any general who comes and said
Umm the americans completely routed and destroyed our units would be dead so
they tell saddam oh we only lost 10% of our equipment.

THe bearer of bad news is the next dead guy :)

I am still making my way through the transcripts, but I feel I need to make
a few comments before I forget.

1. At one point Saddam mentions his "unanimous victory" in recent elections
in Iraq. Yes well there was one name on the ballot, and abstaining is
punishable by death.

2. On the second page of the transcripts he is talking about a great Iraqi
victory at Basra during desert storm. This is a figment of his imagination.
The Iraqi units in that area were decimated and surrendered in under an
hour. Here is the story:

More later :)
