Self image is what you make it though. Lol my self image used to be shot
until probably like 17 my sister said wow you have broad shoulders and after
that boom my head got too big for my body :). Just find the 1 feature about
yourself you like and use that as your focial point and you can use that to
remember not to get down on yourself becuase you have great <insert part
here>
Well you can goto the gym and they also have this nice protein stuff that
helps you gain mass its very good at that, but you need to work out so it
forms into muscle not fat :)

I'm so skinny that I can't sit comfortably in a wooden chair for more than
about 10 min. I have joint problems, little endurance, and am about as
strong as a mewling kitten. The only reason I can even do pushups is
because it's like bench pressing a hamster.
I'm a hair under 6" (about 5' 11.75") and am about 135 sopping wet (which
probably adds considerable weight, given my long hair). I also have a big
frame, which just makes me look like a scarecrow at this weight. I look
good at about 180-185, I look human at about 160.
Being this thin has negative effects on my already iffy self-image. It's
not good for body, mind, or soul.
So yeah, I want to gain weight. It's as important to me and my health as
losing weight is to, say, BenB.
