Mike-
coolness.
am truly honored if my tale influenced this at all.

BTW, my office has a frig and a microwave.
I will be able to bring healthy and tasty stuff with me.

Re: walking - are you walking at a fast-enough pace to get into your target
heart range?
The rough formula is 220 - age = Maximum heart rate, do not exceed.
Moderate exercise = 65% to 70% of MHR.
E.g., if someone were 30 years old, MHR would be 190, target approx. 125 -
135.

While "just walking" is good, if it's slower than this, you don't get the
cardio benefits.
Swinging your arms when you walk ups the pulse a bit.

Along with the grilled chicken breast, consider grilled fish, esp.
varieties high in Omega-3 e.g. salmon.
And with the salad, check the fat content of the dressing.

And, check the fiber and sodium content on the labels.

Good luck, and here's hoping you have many healthy years!!
