I think it stinks to use people's compassion against them. Is it legitimate guerrila warfare? ummm... maybe. If they see themselves as outgunned valiant defenders against an overwhelmingly more powerful invader I guess I can see it. I don't blame the Americans if they make it a heck of a lot harder to surrender in future though.
