Well since it has been rumored he wont be around as SOS if shrub wins a 2nd term (Which i really hope he doesnt :) ) then at least he realizes that dubya has made him look like an idiot half the time. I think he's doing the best he can by his hamstrung by a president who would rather NOT have a Secretary of State....can't we just do all the talking with our troops?? lol
