How many children have we killed, and is it because we targeted them or
because Saddam or his cronies put them in placed they knew we would
target so we would look like we were killing civilians.

Also look at the number of times in the current war where the Iraqi army
has killed civilians and blamed it on us. The Baghdad market incident
recently rings a bell, they claim it was us, however we claim that area
was not a target and all bombs on the raid when that occurred hit their
targets.

We come out and say when we have accidentally hit a civilian target, we
publicly apologize for it, and we move on.
