And, opinion, it had a heck of a lot more to do with the child tax credit
than with any alleged benefit to the economy under reagan. I am willing to
revise this opinion, however, no, I did not get a raise during this time.
My income stayed pretty much the same (read: fell, in real terms)
1997-2000. This was a primary reason for getting out of tech support.
