It simply shows that a majority of the population is SMART and the other
half voted for a moron
who is leaving in a year and some. Especially after the economy doesn't pick
up well, which is why i have my theory he's going to attack another country
a little closer to election time to keep his high approval rating which in
reality is only because people support our troops and president during time
of war.

As for stupidity the only thing i see as being stupid was that almost half
the population voted him in. I'm more in favor of the bumper sticker
"Don't blame me i would have voted for gore had the police not intimidated
me into getting the hell outta whitey town"

I don't have anything to get over, Gore did get more votes than Bush, but as
you pointed out that doesn't really matter as the system doesn't work that
way.
