It simply shows that a majority of the population is SMART and the other half voted for a moron who is leaving in a year and some. Especially after the economy doesn't pick up well, which is why i have my theory he's going to attack another country a little closer to election time to keep his high approval rating which in reality is only because people support our troops and president during time of war.
As for stupidity the only thing i see as being stupid was that almost half the population voted him in.
