In what way does saying you disagree with the government go beyond protected free speech.
That is what the first amendment is for. So you can openly discus your issues regarding the government. People have the right, and I believe should stand up and say what they believe. If you disagree with the war, then stand up and shout it. But it must be peaceable, you can't be disrupting normal everyday functions spontaneously. If you want to march down the streets, you need go through the proper channels to do so.
