You know, at least there could have been a complementary script to close the
trays.

I did a quick read on this and I don't see a direct security problem in
terms of data security. However, one person put it on his personal web site
and sent the link to friends. That link got posted a few places and his site
quickly became overwhelmed with millions of hits. He said something about
serving 6GB in 3 days. He also received lots of hate mail and one of the
biggest criticisms was from those people that have cases that have doors
over the drive bays and the sudden CD eject breaking things.
