:) Idiotic for her to not get everyone their packages. He just brings the stuff its the people on the other ends responsiblity to get it to where its supposed to be if the right person doesn't sign for it.
Though i will say i got f'd once by ups. Mailed a computer didn't double box it and had it insurance it looked like they played baseball with it. And they screwed us because we didn't double box it and we never got a dime. After that we always shipped important stuff with fedex never had a problem. Ever notice how anything you get from ups in something small is covered in dirt and grime?? Fedex seems to take care of their stuff i like them.
