Yeah, especially UPS.  I've been waiting for a book for the past week,
finally looked up the tracking number online today, only to find out it
had been delivered last week.  The problem is, the book is nowhere in
this building.  It was addresses to me, and they have a signature.  The
problem is, it isn't mine.  Now I'm responsible for an item that was
addressed to me but I never got.  That's good customer service for you.
