Sure there was. Their own declarations of what they had did not jive with
what was reported earlier. Besides, didn't you hear the president state that
they had them? Isn't that good enough for you, Mr. Picky? Jeez, next thing
you are gonna be saying is that OJ really didnt do it and the Apollo
missions were an elaborate scheme against the russians......

There was no evidence that Saddam had WMD.
Therefore they stated this and said they would not back an attack on
Iraq until there was evidence.
If there was evidence, then they could not use the 'Lack of evidence' as
reasoning for not going into Iraq now could they?

Are you positive of this? What are the odds that their own oil contracts
with Iraq had nothing to do with their decision to do nothing?
