The parents don't have such a right, the parents would then be infringing on
the girls right to life.

Your example is beyond extreme, first, the law here is setup to allow a 16
year old girl to marry a 30 year old man, if her parents say it is ok.

There is not law that allows any person to slit a girl's throat. The parents
only have the right to say she can't get married until she is 18 because we
place the responsibility to raise the child with the parents.

My very first sentence said your rights end where my right to life, liberty,
and property begin. To offer the example you did means you did read the
first line of my post.

This person wearing a veil in a picture in no way infringes on my rights of
life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
