she does seem to have a pattern of using Islam as an excuse in an attempt to avoid personal responsibility. So this does lead one to wonder if she isn't up to something.
And she went well beyond hitting; she broke a kid's arm. It takes quite a bit, as a rule, for children to be removed from a home.
