Hello Judith, Our merchant account only charges for completed transactions and long as you get them out of the batch before the 5pm batch cutoff there is no fee. Mostly it's the 2nd tier merchant accounts that have a per transaction fee, so unless CFDJ is working with a second tier cc provider it wouldn't be an issue. Many free porn sites (i've heard) use this technique to block entry to their sites to minors (what about loggers?) and many private auction do the same. It really is the only way to be sure.
