I find the site's credentials rather impressive. The author is a professor at the University of Ottawa, which is well-respected, and the articles are footnoted, cite reputable journalistic sources and the US Department of Defense's own webpage, and seem thoroughly cautious and academic in tone. Haven't had enough time to read the articles through, but I will take the time to do so.
