I live in Kentucky, but a quick google search turned up requirements in Arizona, Utah, Nebraska, Texas, Kansas, and many others. I didn't read the details of each. Here somebody goes down to the health department, watch a 20 minute video and take a multiple choice test. Basically it is wash your hands after use the bathroom and make sure too cook the chicken. > > i think it's just silly that an establishment should be responsible for > their customers actions after they leave the premesis. on on the premesis > for the most part. next thing we know we'll be able to sue ford, coors and > mickeys tavern because an F150 ran over someones baby after have 6 at the > bar. lovely. > > bad things happen. if the person going to jail isn't good enough > retribution > for these bad things, then i'm more worried about the victims mentality > than > letting joe sixpack drive drunk.
