and in a capitalist society, what moron would go to a restaurant that would
claim otherwise?

we don't need someone to monitor the quality of the food served in a society
with common sense. if a retuarant owner servers rotten dog as meatloaf, not
only is he setting himself up for lawsuits, but will most likely lose his
business.

just as when i go to denny's once in a moon, i don't expect high quality
dining, but i do expect 'good' food.

Where is there a claim for good food, if they make the claim that they will
serve good food then sure.
