Assuming you meet ALL the eligibility requirements, you may be in the second(sent next week) or third (sent the week after) batches. I'm in the third (August 8th), but don't know if they are going to send it to me or directly apply it my outstanding tax bill that I'm currently paying in installments.
The checks where divided up by the last two digits of ones SSN. 00-33 this week 34-66 next week 67-99 third week. There's a link on the IRS (http://www.irs.gov) site to find out the status of your refund.
