Okay, next round of the SUV vs cars wars ......... I just got a new truck. I had driven my Grand Prix for 3 years and I was really really really wanting to drive a truck once again. My previous 3 vehicles had been Suburbans/trucks.
So my new vehicle is a 2003 Chevrolet 3/4 ton Crew Cab Diesel. Oh man it feels good to be back in the truck altitude again. Most surprising thing is that I'm getting 22mpg average in the 400 miles that I've driven so far. Had I known that a diesel could perform this good and so quiet, I'd have gotten one a long time ago. Now if only the U.S. will clean up their diesel fuel........
