Let's wait and see how the rest of the group wants to handle this. 

Right now, I am in receipt of two high end video cards (I believe they
are both AGP). We need a motherboard, processor, chip, and case to get
started, then RAM, ports, drives, etc.

A couple of people have offered to buy some of these items, but I am
really starting to believe we may be better off just sending a wad to
Mike D. and letting him get his pick of something from a manufacturer.
Enough people have offered to drop $50 - 100 that this could be a
feasible possibility.

Of course, this only works if we have a definite commitment from enough
individuals...
