The menu(s) on the left are dynamic. There will be more blocks like that as
they add content. I would agree about the buttons, but the header cannot be
changed. It's a State generic header. I made some basic changes so that it
would stretch, but adding a script or anything would probably cause
problems.

Site looks good to me.
I would have preferred to see the left colored cell stretch to fill the
entire left so it matches one on the right..just for design symmetry.

Other thing I could suggest is rollovers for the button links. These
wouldn't be anything fancy..just changing them to a very light
blue-white, and light red-white for the top, perhaps simulating a
backlight shining through them? That sort of color change, but not to
totally obscure the text. Just some visual cue that yes these are
buttons and you should click them :-)

But other than that it looks great.

P.s. I am not a designer ;-)

Hey kids,

Got a beta site/cms set up last night. Can't let you guys into the
admin, but I figured I would solicit some opinions about the front end.

The site is http://rome.ds-osac.org. Basically a test of the CMS I
wrote following an application service provider model, so we can now
just put these out, pretty much at will.

Also I only have IE so if you guys run into anything with browsers
please let me know.
