Looks good in Mozilla, 1024x 768. I'll check it tonight on the iBook with 
Safari and the other Mac browsers. One comment, and this is just a personal 
preference, but on your links graphics make them a rollover, so the users 
gets more feedback. Also I take it that its just an initial take on the 
site, but you may want to implement accessibility now rather than 
retroactively. Since its probably going to be a government site, you do 
have to implement it.
