I also found something that made a big deal of some of the wording in it "On
Holiday" as british, not american english which, according to the author,
made it a fake.  But who knows.

Another point I found was that this "blueprint" could have been something Al
Quaeda found and used when deciding how and where to attack us.

Sandy, I'm just skimming it, and while it certainly is _wrong_ to fake
events to get America in war, it seems like the document is mentioning
only SIMULATED attacks on America/Americans. I think the worst thing it
mentions is wounding Cuban exiles in Florida. Still bad - but not as
evil as lets kill a bunch of Americans to encourage us to attack Cuba.
Did you get that as well from your reading? (Or have I read too
quickly?)
