No, java is what I drink to wake up in the morning, and I use wxWindows
whenever I want to write a cross platform application because it doesn't
rely on a wussie JVM that takes days to load on most people's computers.

Python is alright, but only if you are too slow or vapid to understand
Perl. I believe they teach Python and lisp in the special technical
education classes in public schools nowadays.
