Clark should point out the cuts to VA funding that Bush pushed, and beat
him over the head with it at every opportunity.  Hell, every candidate
should bring it up.  "Hi, we'd like you to fight the war on terror, but
do us a favor and please die in action, or don't expect any health care
when you get back, ok?  Great."
