straight and I've hardly gotten any responses at all.
Actually, interview-letter ratio is now negative, I've had 3 interviews and
received 4 response letters telling me thanks but no thanks!
That's out of 76 contacts, about 15 of which are staffing/placement
agencies. The rest are all direct.

you are right. which reminds me, how many of you guys out there send out
resumes for job positions, but they never reply to you. not even a "thanks"
or "We have accepted another candidate". Whats worse, i send multiple
followups, and they still dont respond! They are mostly staffing angencies
