a freeserve.com email address. Then Freeserve will have no choice but to
start blocking this or all their users will go to another ISP.

Subject: FreeServe.com - Spammer's delight?
<cf_rant>
I recently received a Spam, checked the headers (to allow Declude to
know the origin), and found it to be FreeServe - a UK based ISP
So... I complained to them, asking them to block the spammers...
Guess what? They don't block spammers from using their system!
Here's the response I got:
We are sorry to hear of the problems you have been having with email.
At the moment, Freeserve don't provide filtering for Spam as we feel
that this is best left up to our Members. We do take this problem
seriously, and hope that we can help you with your enquiry.
It's impossible for us to stop you receiving Spam by blocking the sender
at our servers. This may in turn prevent other Members from receiving
email they have requested.
So, THEY can't stop spammers from using their servers, but other ISPs
manage it?
Hmmm
If any of you out there are Spammers, feel free to use FreeServe's mail
servers, as they just don't seem to care...
Bah! Bunch of idiots!
