I had was down more than it was up - literally, it was out for four to
five days a week. Their response - they threatened to sue me. Go
figure.

I used their web-form, as I couldn't (easily) find an abuse email
I've now sent them another message quoting their UIP, but knowing them,
they'll just say "Oh well" or something similar
I'd love to see them on loads of black lists and then see what they do
