Check the cf-talk archives, I'm sure there was a thread devoted to
graphical converters for that sort of thing a few days ago.  Also, if
you're using Linux (or the like), you can use the GIMP API via CFEXECUTE
to do conversions that way (or write a CFX tag that invokes it).  I
haven't done it myself, but I know it's possible.
