Just to throw a devil's advocate wrench into the question...


Is the propaganda aimed at the Canadian Pharmacies, or the importation of
Canadian/Mexican or other countries drugs to sell in America, often over the
intranet.  If the latter, I would feel the danger might be with the middle
man/importer who could fairly easily alter/substitute the medication in the
name of higher profits for him/herself.

Now I know you're making shit up. The whole world knows that the FDA is the
best authority in the world on matters of food and drugs and everyone else
