I think we are talking apples and oranges. My experience with Canadian drugs is with the Claritin my family used to bring when they visited me. Same drug, dose is a little different (10mg vs 15 I think?), one-tenth the price. And since they are buying it in a pharmacy there, it is no more dangerous than buying over the counter meds here.
