do not ever recommend answering SPAM advertisements, as those have a high
probable percentage of a scam.
For instance, My own clinic (HMO) recommends purchasing many meds via a Canadian
pharmacy, and in fact there is one that even has a storefront here in San
Antonio.
Meds made by Pfizer, Eli Lilly, and others as 25 to 60% cheaper purchased that
way, and are the exact same meds dispensed in the US.
