OK... About as hard as it is to loose the weight?

I am about 30lbs over weight.

When I eat, I feast. I can eat a pound and half of Prime Rib, appetizers,
breads, potatoes, soups so on...On a good day I can kill off a gallon of
milk. I also go out about 3 times a week and drink 3-4 pictures of beer
(18-24 beers). Most of the time I eat just because its there and I do this
almost every day.

I do not exercise. I have not gained any weight in at least 3-5 years

Why?

LOL if you have a high metabolism its hard to get fat in the first
place.
If you eat less calories then you burn its common math that you are
going to loose weight.
When you exercise you make your body burn more calories which in turn
means you can and have to eat more to keep your body fueled while not
eating more then you burn so you don't retain excess fat.

So Cutting down to a 2000 diet or 1800 cal diet or whatever is right for
the person is a good way to loose weight

> No Diet will work without some exercise.

Define exercise. I've lost 45 pounds in the last few months by just
restricting total calories. I haven't been exercising any more than my
normal walking between my office and my car, my office and lunch, and my
lazy-boy and the bed.
