Oh yeah...and their tech support was in Canada...and did not have a toll
free line. Unless you have a calling plan setup, normal long distance to
Canada is 15 cents/minute. All of their computers were made and shipped
from there as well.

By comparision, a friend also got the same system I had 6 months earlier
and had no problems. I ended up taking it off his hands years ago when I
was toying with the idea of making my own hardward firewall. I named the
computer "Ike" as in Kyle's brother on South Park. The computer was
small, Canadian and I kicked it a time to two :-D
