and they were calling felons with outstand warrants and telling them
they won a free TV. The perps would give out their addresses and the
cops would show up with a big empty box. Once they verifed the perp,
they put the cuffs on and took them to jail.

I say let the suit go forward. As soon the 9 guys show up in court,
deport em. I've said the same about the craziness in CA about letting
them have drivers licenses. I'd just arrest them right there in the DMV.
