Or had a license, which was suspended due to DWI, and are driving anyway.
Seriously, that's our motor vehicle issue. There have been some really
horrendous accidents here, cars full of tourists killed by people driving
the wrong way on the interstate.
Personally... I would prefer that the drivers around me know how to drive.
And not be working on their fifth or sixth DWI. Maybe cause I am not
naturalized yet?
