Perhaps she's still on an old version of the matrix, where creating and
reading a process in a shared memory space results in a core dump or
race conditions.

Come to think of it, maybe that's the whole problem. Creating Neo
"broke" the Matrix, and sent Smith on a process-eating rampage across
