If I could use mimimalist JS and no frames or iframes, no Flash content
(or no Flash mixed with HTML, anyway) I'd be happy.  I'm not sure how
its CSS stuff varies, as our use of CSS is pretty basic.

*sigh*  I want my standards, dammit!
