This is an excellent opportunity for Erika and Philip to describe what
*real* news is like in England, and tell us how BBC news is so totally
different from American news.

I saw some impressive stuff about BBC News on a 60 Minutes episode, and
after hearing firsthand from Erika and Philip earlier this year I can now
see why the BBC is the only universally trusted news service around the
globe.

If I hear one more, "At a time when many in our country are riding the rough
waves of the economy, one lucky pooch spends his days riding some waves of
his own in Sunny California" at the end of a news broadcast...

They ought to start every American news broadcast with, "Hey kids, what time
is it?!"

Subject: News is just plain getting stupid
