research before-hand, then again, that's a good thing...
I personally think it's REALLY lazy when someone hasn't even looked in
the manuals for an answer - and how many times on Talk have we seen "How
do I get the current date in CF?"
It's more obvious when people post a question, then less than 2 minutes
later they post that it's solved - if it took that short to solve it,
why post in the first place?
That's enough ranting though
Muffin anyone? <g>

I don't think it's the fact that "a few tech questions" get asked
here...but (and I'm sorry Bushy, but I'm going to be blunt) Bushy no
longer seems to want to ask questions on cf-talk because it's been
suggested that he doesn't do any 'legwork' on his own to try and answer
his questions, but rather relies on the list as his first resource to
get his question(s) answered.
I'd actually say this specific question would be more on topic for this
list than cf-talk (since it's not a cf-related question)...but I think
some of us resent the fact that questions are asked without the person
posing the question making any effort to solve the problem on his own.

come on guys are you really going to get a shizzled up because we ask
a
few tech questions here?
Mikey D, really, are you really going to be a ball buster for this?
All this time we've been behaving like good little children and now we
can't ask tech questions?
Sorry, but if I have any questions, this is the place I ask first.
Some of those people on CF-Talk are vultures with no sense of humour.
At least we can swing the tech question into the sex or politics arena
after it's been answered without getting slapped.

Any chance you can move this into cf-talk. MD has already had a go
about
this.
There is a distinct lack of sex or politics in your email.

Hi,
Is there a way to change the "arrow" on a select dropdown using CSS
or
get
rid of the arrow box all together?
