Some parts of Charleston, like any other big American city, are more
expensive than others. You've got your 4 bed/3 bath houses starting at
175k and you've got the same 4 bed/3bath house starting at 300k across
town. Just outside of Charleston, is cheap cheap cheap. It's all in the
looking and how far you want to commute.
And the Accent would be Southern Gel. ;) An AMERICAN Southern accent. ;)
Unless of course you are saying she's british, which is an entirely
different matter. :D
