DNR that the manufacturing plant in my backyard had leaked a chemical
sometime more than 15 years ago, that was probably in the soil in my yard.
Well, they did a bunch of testing, then they did a bunch more. Now, a year
later, they've decided that the levels of the chemical are low enough that
they don't have to do any remediation. WTF? They all agree that yes, the
chemicals are there. All along they've promised to remediate. And, now they
aren't. *sigh*
If I had any money, I'd get a lawyer and fight this. I wonder what the
statute of limitations is on environmental laws.....
