that's gotta be good for your property value.  You might want to, if nothing
else, talk to your neighbors.  Maybe there's a class action lawsuit already
(hell, maybe one of your neighbors IS a lawyer and can file one on all of
the neighbors' behalf).  Of course, I'm not a lawyer so take my advice with
a grain of salt.
