Hm...let's see....one neighbor house is a hermit old lady and her one or two
equally hermit daughters. (Really. Total hermits. Never leave the house.
Don't have jobs. Won't answer the door. Not sure if there are 2 or 3 over
there.) The other neighbor is a musician/restauranteur hanger-on (his
brother owns restaurants, he works for his brother) that just bought the
place and doesn't bother to shovel his walk. And, the third place affected
is a rental. No lawyers. But, I might try to talk to them just the same.
