Also I heard a piece this morning on NPR about the effect that the US
closing it's border to Canadian beef is having on the market over there.
It's a shame. I dont think this hype (about Mad Cow) is anything more than
hype. So there are a couple of cases of Mad Cow. Cull the affected animals,
stop feeding the cattle the remains of other cattle, and move on. No reason
to close the US market to canadian beef.
