Ketone levels mean your body is burning fat.  Unless you are heavily
diabetic and are worrying about ketoacidosis, you want to go into Ketosis.

The diet works, but I haven't heard a nutritionist or normal doctor yet that
says it's healthy.

I recommend you check your ketone levels while on the program and read about
the implications.
