  I think they should sue the Flaming Lips right now, before the staute of
  limitations runs out.  I mean, you can definitely create bulletins with
  Publisher or Word.  I find their album naming strategy highly misleading
  and an obvious attempt to infringe on (micro)Soft's good name.
