Not. You need to match them to an external database of IPs.

Misconfigured servers are very common. In fact, any pre-MX CF server will identify itself incorrectly when CFMAIL is used. And there is no way to change that :-(

Just check the submission policy of the database you are using to verify if it is an open relay.
